Blooming Together Gala

Come spend the night under the stars helping this great Charity and their mission to rebuild the planter boxes on Basilio and Insurgentes. We are excited to see the beautiful gowns and outfits you all will be attending in. We promise we will have some surprising decor that will enhance your beautiful attire. This highly anticipated event will be held on the far west of the Isla Cuale at Oscar’s Restaurant. Complimentary Cocktails and Divine Hor d’oeuvres start at 6pm. Browse a myriad of silent Auction items while you listen to the sound of a Saxophonist. Then be ushered into a spectacular dinner.

Dinner will begin with a Citrus Blossom Ensalada with goat cheese and yellow carrot mousse topped with smoked grapes. Followed by a Petit Mignon, grilled to perfection, served with a wine reduction sauce, accompanied by a duchess potato flower, smoked sweet potato mousseline, tomato chimichurri with grilled organic purple and yellow carrots. Red & White Wine  (or soft drinks) will be poured.
“Sikil Pal Garden”- Organic Varietal Vegetables will be served over an Eggplant Baba Ganoush for those that want a Vegetarian Selection.

Finish with a selection of Triple Chocolate cake topped with edible flowers, Raspberries, Lavender & Chocolate coulis.  Our ever-popular Churros & Gelato cart will also be on hand.

Afterward dance to the 70s, 80s, and 90s music of the ever-popular Monaco until 10pm!  Make sure you get your photos taken at The Fuzzy Booth Kiosk and photo Prop donated by Richard and Jordan Carnegie!
